This beautifully decorated and new one bedroom apartment is located on a quiet street near the heart of Blanes. The building complex has a large swimming pool and a tennis court only accessible to the residents of the apartments.
The apartment is located just five minutes walk to the beach and eight minutes walk to the old town where you will find outdoor cafes, tapas bar, night clubs and boutiques.
The nearest golf course is well known PGA Golf Course de Catatunya, which is located in Caldes de Malavella, approximately 20 minutes by car (see map).
There is a bus terminal across the street from the apartment with connections to Barcelona city and the Girona airport.

The Bathroom features a full-sized bath tub/shower and bidet. Bath towels and are provided.
The Terrace
The apartment is in the second floor of a building with two elevators. The terrace provides a comfortable seating area ideal outdoor dining in summer nights. The awnings give you complete privacy.
The Swimming Pool
The swimming pool has a shallow section ideal for children. Two lounge chairs are provided for the exclusive use of the guests of this apartment.
The Tennis Court
The tennis court provides an ideal get away for children and adults.
